Quality Policy

Ampere Translations, in provision of LINGUISTIC SERVICES: TRANSLATION, POST-EDITING, and REVISION, commits to directing all of our efforts towards satisfying the needs of our stakeholders, prioritizing the Quality of our services to achieve continuous improvement within our organization. To this end, we have implemented and maintain a Quality Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 17100, and ISO 18587 standards, which encompasses the following quality commitments:

  • To comply with the requirements, delivery times, and quality expectations of our clients, adapting our technical and human resources to meet their needs.
  • To comply with all legal and contractual requirements, with special attention to confidentiality and information security.
  • To maintain an efficient flow of communication with all involved parties to ensure the correct functioning of the quality system.
  • To establish and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships with our suppliers and clients.
  • To work with professional linguists who possess the necessary qualifications and specialization for each situation, always in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 standards.
  • To provide our team with the necessary means to ensure optimal performance of their duties.
  • To offer continuous training to our employees to adapt their qualifications to the needs of our clients and changes in the industry.
  • To ensure awareness across all staff of the importance of the Quality Management System in meeting the set objectives, with the primary objective being customer satisfaction.

These principles are upheld by the Management, which allocates the necessary means and provides employees with sufficient resources to fulfill these commitments. This Quality Policy is expressed and made public through this document.
